Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms set out the conditions for using Debt Payoff (Japanese name: 返済管理; the "App"). By using the App you agree to these terms.

2. Fees

The App is free to use. Premium features (such as removing ads) are available as a one-time in-app purchase. Payment and refunds for in-app purchases are governed by the terms of Apple Inc.'s App Store.

3. Prohibited conduct

When using the App you must not break the law or public order, interfere with the operation of the App, reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the App, or do anything else the operator reasonably considers inappropriate.

4. Disclaimer

The App's calculations are estimates. Check your actual interest, amounts due and balances with your lender's statements or website. The App does not provide advice on borrowing, refinancing or repayment methods, and does not solicit any financial product.

The operator makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the App. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for any damage arising from use of the App.

Data lost through device failure or loss, deletion of the App, iCloud settings or similar cannot be recovered by the operator. Regular backups are recommended.

5. Changes to or termination of the service

The operator may change the App or stop providing it without prior notice.

6. Changes to these terms

The operator may amend these terms as needed. Amended terms take effect when posted on this page.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
